Refund Policy

If DevShot didn't work out for you, email hello@devshot.dev within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days, or for months already consumed on a renewing subscription, we generally don't refund, but write to us anyway — if something on our side broke your workflow, we'll make it right.

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges and keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period. You can also try everything risk-free on the Free plan before paying.
